A complete inventory and distribution management system built for Sohana Enterprise, a product distributor supplying retail shops along fixed delivery roads.
Key features:
-> Product and stock management with purchase entry, stock logging and low-stock alerts
-> Shop database organised by road, with Bengali-aware shop search and address lookup for fast order entry on mobile
-> Sales memo creation by sales representatives in the field — ranked product search, discounts, order notes and a shop complaint box that prints on the memo
-> Road delivery summary PDF: all shop memos for a road in one print run, with carried/brought-forward paging, buyer’s signature block and damage-return notice, formatted for a dot-matrix printer on continuous-form paper
-> Product return handling at road level with return summary reports
-> Daily road settlement — net payable calculated live from memos, cash received, dues tracking and a transaction ledger
-> Real-time SR movement tracking: GPS trail, stops and shop visits plotted on an admin map
-> Role-based access for admin and sales representatives, with Alpine.js forms for a fast single-page feel
Built on Laravel with Tailwind CSS and Alpine.js, PDFs generated with mPDF, MySQL database, deployed on shared hosting.
